  Church and School

From downtown (I-395).  Take 95 North.  Take the first exit (ext. 54) to South Hanover Street.  Cross the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Bridge (Hanover Street Bridge) and stay in the 2nd lane from the right.  After the 3rd light the road splits.  Bear to the right, following the sign for Route 2 South – Ritchie Highway. Cross Patapsco Avenue and make a left at the traffic light onto Talbot Street. Make the first right onto Hanover Street. Make the first left onto Jeffrey Street (at Gunning’s Restaurant).  Proceed three blocks to 4th Street.  St. Rose School is on 4th and Jeffrey.  To reach the church, turn left on 4th Street and go one block to 4th and Washburn.

From the Harbor Tunnel (I-895). Take the exit for Potee Street (ext. 7). Cross Patapsco Avenue and make a left at the traffic light on to Talbot Street. Make the first right onto Hanover Street. Make the first left onto Jeffrey Street (at Gunning’s Restaurant).  Proceed three blocks to 4th Street.  St. Rose School is on 4th and Jeffrey.  To reach the church, turn left at 4th Street and go one block to 4th and Washburn.

From the Fort McHenry Tunnel (I-95). Use the right hand lane of the right tube going through the tunnel.   Take the Key Highway exit (ext. 55) which is the 1st exit as you leave the tunnel. Follow the road, which has several twists and turns, to reach Hanover Street.  At the traffic light turn left onto Hanover Street. Cross the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Bridge (Hanover Street Bridge) and stay in the 2nd lane from the right.  After the 3rd light the road splits.  Bear to the right, following the sign for Route 2 South – Ritchie Highway. Cross Patapsco Avenue and make a left at the traffic light onto Talbot Street. Make the first right onto Hanover Street. Make the first left onto Jeffrey Street (at Gunning’s Restaurant).  Proceed three blocks to 4th Street.  St. Rose School is on 4th and Jeffrey.  To reach the church, turn left at 4th Street and go one block to 4th and Washburn.

From the Beltway (I-695). Take exit 3A, marked Ritchie Highway – Route 2 North. Proceed north on Ritchie Highway for two miles.  At the 5th traffic light Ritchie Highway ends by feeding into Hanover Street (on the right) and Potee Street (on the left).  Another street, Belle Grove Road merges from the left.  At this intersection, you will see Gonce Funeral Home on the right and a 7-11 on the left.  Turn right at the Funeral Home onto Jack Street.  Proceed three blocks to 4th Street and turn left.   Continue on 4th for one block.  St. Rose of Lima School is on the corner of 4th and Jeffrey and the Church is the next block at the corner of 4th and Washburn.

From Annapolis (I-97).  Take 97 North to the Beltway (I-695) East toward the Key Bridge.  Follow directions from the Beltway as above.
